The Petrojam Refinery is a Government owned facility, successfully operated by Jamaican professionals, who are fully aware of the vital function they perform in the national economy.

Crude oil purchased from Venezuela and Mexico is refined into quality products including liquid petroleum gas (LPG), unleaded gasolene (87 and 90 road octane), kerosene, turbo fuels, auto diesel, fuel oil and asphalt.

The refinery maintains high standards through a rigorous programme of plant maintenance, equipment upgrade and rehabilitation and stringent safety practices as well as routine product testing by the company laboratory.
